1. Everyone must have a state issued photo ID for a tattoo or piercing. –NO EXCEPTIONS– We accept State ID’s, Driver’s Licenses, Military ID’s, and Passports.

2. DO NOT come here under the influence of any drugs and or alcohol! First, it’s just not a good idea. Secondly, you’re going to bleed a lot more than normal if you are intoxicated, causing unnecessary scabbing and other complications.

3. In God we trust, all others pay with CASH or CREDIT, up front. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE, and we DO NOT give refunds. We accept VISA, DISCOVER, and MASTERCARD credit and debit cards.

4. No one under the age of 18 years may get a tattoo. 16 or 17 year olds are permitted to get pierced but MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. State ID required for both (call shop for details.)

5. Everyone must sign a release form.

6. No smoking.

7. No small children allowed in the shop at any time. That includes sitting on the couch and waiting while you look or ask questions. Not allowed means NOT ALLOWED !!

8. No Loitering. We are just too busy at some times to have people here just to “hang out”.

9. Appointments are recommended but not always necessary.

10. We reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
